Ultrasound Therapy is used worldwide by many Therapist's to treat a variety of health conditions.

The Ultrasound probe is placed directly in contact with the skin using a transmission coupling gel, ultrasonic energy is passed through the skin along with a thermal affect created by the warmth of the probe.

This can help to stimulate the healing process by increasing blood flow and decreasing pain and inflammation.

Some of the conditions which ultrasound therapy can help to improve are:

🔹Tendonitis

🔹Inflammation

🔹Spain’s & Strains

🔹Osteoarthritis

🔹Reduction of Scar Tissue

🔹Bursitis

🔹Myofascial pain

Infrared Therapy is a modern innovative therapy which is used to help treat acute to chronic pain.

Infrared light has the ability to help cell regeneration and promote healing, it also helps to increase oxygen rich blood flow to targeted areas which in turn aids deep tissues to heal and relieve pain.

It is a non invasive, natural and painless therapy which can penetrate though the skin up to 7cm deep, which means it can target muscles, nerves and even bones.

This is @tomw289 British junior national cycling champion 2020 enjoying the benefits of this great treatment.
